Menu Descriptions

Sensation Salad

Crisp mixed greens tossed in a garlic-herb vinaigrette, garnished with tomato, black olives, Parmesan and Romano cheeses.

Seafood Balls

Spicy fried seafood balls are loaded with shrimp, crabmeat and seasonings. Served with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.

Shrimp Butter

Cream cheese blended with shrimp, butter and other spices and seasonings, surrounded with julienned red onions and bell peppers, lemon slices, roma tomato slices and parsley. Served with crackers.

Spicy Shrimp Dip

A shrimp dip with green onions, parsley, cayenne pepper, whipping cream and hot pepper jack cheese. Served with crackers.

Fried Chicken Tender Hot Wings

Perfectly fried chicken tenders in a pepper sauce.

Porcupine Potatoes

Our stuffed potato filling, rolled into little balls, coated with flour and seasoned buttermilk, then covered with crushed shredded wheat and fried until golden brown.

Blackened Chicken Pasta

Penne pasta tossed in a spicy cream sauce, topped with strips of blackened chicken breast tenders, and garnished with julienned red bell peppers.

Chicken on the Bayou

Grilled seasoned chicken breast tenderloins cooked in a lemon butter wine sauce with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and Andouille sausage.

Chicken Lafitte

Grilled chicken breast tenderloins topped with onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, and covered with a veal reduction sauce.
